key-string (authentication)
To specify the authentication string for a key, use the
key-string
(authentication) command in key chain key
configuration mode. To remove the authentication string, use the
no
form of this command.
key-string key-string text
no key-string text
Syntax Description
Authentication string that must be sent and received
in the packets using the routing protocol being
authenticated. The string can contain from 1 to 80
uppercase and lowercase alphanumeric characters.
text
Command Default
No authentication string for a key exists.
