WINCH
Install Final Centre Section Bolts
1. Slip (1) M12 Wedge-Lock Extended Washer [I] onto (1)
M12 35mm Bolt [E].
2. Install the Bolt & Washer combo into the middle nut on
the Chassis Mounting Bracket [A].
3. Do this for both sides (passenger & driver).
4. Prior to tightening any chassis mount bolts, check that
mounts AND winch cradle are centred by measuring
diagonally from headlamp corner to Chassis Mount/
Cradle. These 2 measurements should be equal (to
within 4mm optimally to prevent fitment issues).

WINCH
Tighten Winch Cradle Bolts
1. Pull the Winch Cradle [A] as far forward as possible.
2. Tighten (3) M12 x 35mm Bolts [E].
3. Do this for both sides (passenger & driver).

Tighten Chassis Support Plates
1. Tighten (2) M10 x 40mm Bolts [F].
2. Do this for both sides (passenger & driver).
