Paper pushing plate motor clock sensor (PI45)

1) Check the paper pushing plate motor clock sensor. Is the sensor

normal?

NO:

Replace the sensor.

Saddle stitcher controller PCB

2) Does the paper pushing plate motor operate at a specific timing?

YES: Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
NO:

Check the paper pushing plate drive mechanism. If a fault is found,
correct it; otherwise, go to step 4).

Paper pushing plate motor (M48)

3) Does the paper pushing plate motor operate at a specific timing?

YES: Replace eth saddle stitcher controller PCB.
NO:

Check the paper pushing plate drive mechanism. If a fault is found,
correct it; otherwise go to step 3.

4) Try replacing the paper pushing plate motor. Is the problem cor-

rected?

YES: End.
NO:

Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
