3. In the Address Book list, click the recipient that you want to assign to
a speed dial code.
4. On the Speed Dial list, click the speed dial number to which you want
to assign the recipient, and click Add.
5. To remove a recipient from a speed dial number, in the Speed Dial
list, click the speed dial number, and then click Remove.
To print the speed dial assignment list:
Click Print List.
To define a group speed dial:
1. On the Speed Dial tab, make sure the desired recipients for your
group are set up as individual speed dial assignments.
2. Click the speed dial number to which you want to assign the group of
recipients, and click Group Dial.
