2. FAX/TEL OPT. SET Sets the optonal tems n the <FaxTel> mode. (See Reference
Gude > Send/Receve.)
1. RING START TIME Sets the tme the machne takes to check whether a call s a fax
or a voce call. (0SEC–30SEC)
2. F/T RING TIME Selects the rng length for voce calls. (15SEC–300SEC)
3. F/T SWITCH
ACTION
Selects whether the machne swtches to the receve mode after
the rng tme has elapsed, or whether f dsconnects the call.

receves a fax. Ths functon s only avalable when the <RX
MODE> s set to <FaxOnly> or <FaxTel>.
ON The telephone rngs when the machne receves a fax f an
external telephone s connected.
RING COUNT Sets the number of ncomng rngs before the machne answers.
(1TIMES–99TIMES)
OFF The telephone does not rng when the machne receves a fax.
(In the Sleep mode, the telephone may rng one or two tmes.)
5. REMOTE RX Sets whether to use remote recevng. Ths functon s not
avalable when <ENERGY IN SLEEP> n <COMMON SETTINGS> s
set to <LOW>. (See Reference Gude > Send/Receve.)
ON The machne enables remote recevng.
REMOTE RX ID You can dal a code on remote extenson to start recevng a
document.
A combnaton of two characters usng 0 to 9, * and # s possble.
OFF The machne dsables remote recevng.
