Storing New Addresses (Store/Edit Address Book)

ing/Editing Address Book Settings

Select [Address Book] or [Store In Usr Inbox].

Only addresses stored in the same subaddress book can be stored in a group 
address.

You cannot store addresses from different sub-address books. For example, you 
cannot store e-mail addresses from Address Book 1 and file server addresses 
from Address Book 2.

If you select [Address Book]:

Select the addresses to be stored from the address book 

➞

 press [OK].

If Access Number Management for an Address Book is set to ‘On’, and you 
want to select a destination that is stored with an access number or in a 
private address book, press [Access Number] 

➞

 enter the access number to 

specify the address 

➞

 press [OK]. If you press [No Access Number], the 

destinations that are not managed with the Access Number setting are 
displayed. (See “Storing New Addresses (Store/Edit Address Book),” on p. 4-
5.)

If you select the address again, the check mark disappears and your 
selection is canceled.

Use the alphabet keys to define the range of entries displayed.
