The display returns to the Send Basic Features screen.

Press

(Start).

Scanning begins and the document is sent simultaneously.

During transmission, the transaction number, destination telephone number, and 
page number currently being sent are displayed in the message area.

If Direct Sending is set to ‘On’, Direct Sending is canceled automatically after 
sending is completed.

NOTE

If Direct Sending is not set and Preview is set to ‘On’, you can preview the images 
of documents before sending. (See “Previewing Originals (Preview),” on p. 1-178.)
