Press the numeric keys (e.g.,
(ABC)) to display the range
of entries starting with those letters.
For example, if you want to search for a name that starts with the letter “C”, press
(ABC) three times.
Press [
] to scroll through the entries in alphabetical order, or press [
] to
scroll through the entries in reverse alphabetical order.
When you reach the last name in the list the display returns to the first name.

When the name registered with the number you want to dial is
displayed, press [OK].
The recipient’s name, or the group dialing name appears.
If the Time Out mode is set to <ON>, scanning starts automatically. (See “Time
Out Mode,” on p. 6-18.)
NOTE
If you want to cancel your selection, press
(Stop) or
(Reset).
