Canceling Receiving
You can cancel receiving a fax document by pressing [Stop], or using the System
Monitor screen.
Using the Stop Key
Follow this procedure if you want to stop receiving a fax before reception is
complete.
1
Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the Fax Standby mode.

Press [Stop] in the fax mode.

Press [
] to select <YES>.
If you do not want to cancel receiving, press [
] to select <NO>.
Fax reception is canceled.
