Scan Density
You can set the scan density before scanning the original.
Density refers to the degree of difference between the light and dark areas of an
image.

Place your originals

press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the Fax Standby mode.

] to adjust the scan density

press [OK].
Press [
] to move the indicator to the left to make the density lighter, or press

] to move it to the right to make the density darker.
The selected mode is set.
