Report or List

Descriptions

Details

ACTIVITY REPORT

Shows the most recent transactions performed by the
machine. The Activity Report is printed automatically
after every 40 transactions. You can set to not print
the report or you can print it manually.

TX REPORT

Prints after document transmission. You can enable
or disable this feature, or set the machine to print a
report only when an error occurs.

RX REPORT

Prints after document reception. You can enable or
disable this feature, or set the machine to print a
report only when an error occurs.

USER DATA LIST

Lists all of the currently registered settings and
sender information registered.

1-TOUCH LIST

Lists the destinations registered in all of the
one-touch speed dialing keys.

CODED DIAL LIST

Lists the destinations registered in all of the coded
speed dialing codes.

GROUP DIAL LIST

Lists the groups registered for group dialing.
