Using the Ob/Gyn Ultrasound Simulator

Using M-Mode

The M-mode is used to measure and evaluate the fine movements of the cardiac structures.

The Ultrasound Panel - Mode Buttons

To use M-Mode:

1. Activate M-mode by clicking the

M-mode

button.

The M-Mode Button

Once M-mode is activated, a green line appears when the mouse is moved over the
Ultrasound display. The line begins at the location of the ultrasound probe and moves left
or right based on mouse position.

2. Obtain M-mode tracing by left-clicking on the Ultrasound display in the desired location.
