designated, shall be a waiver of such right or remedy to which the party is entitled, nor shall it in any
way affect the right of the party to subsequently enforce such provisions.
10.6
Modification:
No provision of this License shall be deemed waived, amended or
modified by either party unless the waiver, amendment or modification is in writing and signed by each
of the parties to this License.
10.7
Severability:
If any one or more of the provisions of this License is for any reason held
invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will be unimpaired.
