When not in use, always cover the
outlet with the protective cap.
Certain accessory power plugs
may not be compatible with the
power outlets in your vehicle. Use
of such plugs may result in blown
vehicle or adapter fuses. If you
experience a problem, see your
dealer for more information on the
accessory power plugs.
NOTICE
Adding some electrical equip-
ment to your vehicle can
damage it or keep other things
from working properly. This
damage wouldn't be covered
by your warranty. Check with
your dealer before adding elec-
trical equipment and never use
anything that exceeds the fuse
rating.
Maximum load of any electrical
equipment should not exceed
20 amps.
NOTICE
Power outlets are designed for
accessory plugs only. Do not
hang any type of accessory or
bracket from the plug. Improp-
er use of the power outlet may
result in damage not covered
by your warranty.
