ELAN
Console Commands
ELAN
Use ELAN to create or delete ELANs on the switch. It is a means to manage ELAN servers with one command. To
manage ELAN servers individually, see the BUSELAN, LECSELAN, and LESELAN attributes.
Note
The BUSELAN, LECSELAN, and LESELAN attributes manage, respectively,
the Broadcast and Unknown Server (BUS), LAN Emulation Configuration Server
(LECS), and the LAN Emulation Server (LES). The ELAN is served by a specific
BUS and LES (which sometimes are said to belong to the ELAN). The ELAN is
served by the network LECS.
