SMART 200 TSS
Other factors that may affect the control
DELAY CONTROL
Is the sensor waiting time before starting the control process, namely the time
needed to the machine to reach the set speed
(Programmable as 1 to 250 seconds).
LOCK/UNLOCK
It defines the Touch Light button operating mode:
LOCK:
The button is enabled for the Automatic Numbering procedure only.
UNLOCK:
The button is enabled not only for the Automatic Numbering
procedure, but also for reset in case of alarm.
MONITOR-CONTROL
It defines the operating mode of the system when a defect is detected
MONITOR:
No Failure =
Green LED lit
TENS H failure =
1 flash, red LED
PEAK H failure =
2 flashes, red LED
TENS L failure =
1 flash, red + green LEDs
PEAK L failure =
2 flashes, red + green LEDs
NOYARN failure =
continuous flashing, red LED + STOP output
activation
In Monitor mode, as soon as the failure condition disappears, the
sensor automatically resumes the normal operation and turns on the
green LED.
CONTROL:
No Failure =
Green LED lit
TENS H failure =
1 flash, red LED + STOP output activation
PEAK H failure =
2 flashes, red LED + STOP output activation
TENS L failure =
1 flash, red + green LEDs + STOP output
activation
PEAK L failure =
2 flashes, red + green LEDs + STOP output
activation
NOYARN failure =
continuous flashing, red LED + STOP output
activation
In Control mode, the failure condition must be reset either through
the touch light or through the ENABLE input.
STOP NO-NC
It defines the operating mode of the Stop output:
STOP NO:
The Stop output is
normally open
and it is connected to ground to
signal an alarm condition.
STOP NC:
The Stop output is
normally closed
(connected to ground)
and it is
opened to signal an alarm condition.
