MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic System.
Proportional Valves Stack.
The Proportional Valve Stack Assembly is mounted
above the left rear wheel. It receives approximately
30 gallons per minute from the ‘rear’ section of the
Hydraulic Pump.
The oil flow is directed through four of the valves, to
the Hydraulic Cylinders that control the functions of
the Robotic Arm.
There is also a valve that controls the operation of the
Roll Eject.
All functions are controlled by the on-board computer.
The Proportional Valves can also be ‘manually’ oper-
ated for the Robotic Arm and the Index Conveyor.
This may be necessary if the computer is malfunc-
tioning, when the system is set to ‘manual mode’, or
during service procedures.
Relief pressure in the manifold is set at the factory at
2700 psi.
IMPORTANT
Do not change the relief valve pressures
, unless
authorized by the factory service department.
