Base unit
1 Rotary switch
0 = Stop
M = Instantaneous switching (Maximum
speed hold down the rotary switch)
Settings 1–2, Operating speed:
1 = low speed
2 = high speed.
2 Drive cover
Attach when blender is not in use.
3 Cord store
4 Ventilation slots
5 Suction feet
Attach the appliance to a smooth and clean
surface.
Bowl with accessories/tools
6 Bowl
Attach and rotate as far as possible
in a clockwise direction (lug on bowl
in slot on base unit).
7a Lid
Attach lid (arrow on the lid on the arrow on
the handle) and rotate as far as possible
in a clockwise direction (lid lug in slot
on base unit, arrows on lid and housing
match up).
b Feed tube
Remove the push block and add more
ingredients.
c Push block (= measuring jug)
Push down food which is to be sliced
or shredded.
8a Fly cutter
b Whipping (beating) disc
9a Disc holder
for holding the discs.
b Reversible slicing disc – thick/thin
c Reversible shredding disc – coarse/fine
Available from a specialist outlet if not included
with the appliance.

10 Blender jug
Attach and rotate as far as possible
in an anti-clockwise direction.
11a Lid
Attach and lock in position by rotating
in an anti-clockwise direction.
b Feed tube
Remove the funnel and add more
ingredients.
c Funnel
Add more liquid.
Operation
Before operating the appliance and accesso-
ries for the first time, clean thoroughly; see
“Cleaning and servicing”.
Preparation

Place the base unit on a smooth, clean
surface. Do not cover ventilation slots.

Insert the plug.
