The ad di tio nal key bo ard is de sig ned for being con nec ted to the el meg ISDN te le pho nes CS400, CS410 and CS410-U.
The se te le pho nes are equip ped with a se pa ra te port for con nec ting the additional keypad.
The ad di tio nal key pad is equip ped with keys with in set LEDs:

Ob ser ve the sa fe ty no ti ces and in struc tions in the user’s ma nu al for your te le pho ne.

Un plug the ISDN con nec tor for the te le pho ne from the ISDN out let.

Pla ce the front of te le pho ne and the ad di tio nal key pad on a soft sur fa ce. The na me pla tes must be
able to be read from the front (see fi gu re).
The ad di tio nal key pad must be pla ced to the left of the te le pho ne. The fi xing ho les in the ad di tio -
nal key pad must be po si tio ned over the cor re spon ding screw do mes on the telephone

Con nect the con nec ti on ca ble 4 as shown in the fi gu re and se cu re it un der the ca ble hol der 5 .

Fas ten the sup port

Now turn the te le pho ne and ad di tio nal key pad over and set them on the rub ber supp orts.

Plug the ISDN con nec tor of your pho ne back into the ISDN out let. Af ter in itia li za ti on (start-up)
of your te le pho ne the pho ne and the ad di tio nal key pad are im me di ate ly ready for operation.
