7.2 Inspections conducted in the factory
The user may not disassemble the line for any reason whatsoever.
Disassembly of the line immediately voids the warranty and relieves the
manufacturer from all liability.
All parts are calibrated and checked by the manufacturer at the time of
installation.
7.3 Inspections to be conducted on installation
These operations may only be carried out by persons authorized by the
manufacturer.
To guarantee that the lione operates in a fade-free and regular way and
to prevent the warranty from becoming void, parts may only be replaced
with genuine spares. The maintenance operations may only be carried
out by technicians explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.
The weighing line you have purchased will have been subjected to
various tests and trials in our factory so as to correctly set up the
complex in compliance with the metric and safety standards in force.
When the line is installed, meticulously carry out the following
inspections to make sure that the equipment has not been damaged
during transport:
✔
make sure that the warning, safety plates and the one with the line's
identification data are affixed and in a perfect condition;
✔
make sure that the powering voltage corresponds to the value given
in the identification plate of the line;
✔
make sure that the front panel and the casing housing the electronic
components are in good conditions as they may have been damaged
during transport;
✔
conduct a functional test to check that all the components inside the
line operate correctly and that the display functions in the right way.
