linear and is therefore described by the equation of a straight-line;

described by a second degree equation.
Calibration (2): information that describes the link obtained during
calibration.
Zero calibration: process with which the load bearing on the cell is
annulled the moment in which it is activated, thus modifying the
calibration data.
Center zero: defines a weight range around the zero mark between ±
1/4 of a division.
Connector: plug or socket for connecting the terminal to the external
equipment.
Counters: these are consecutive global counters associated with the
equipment.
Some give information which, although being global, change during the
process and must therefore be controlled according to the
pipeline
logic of the process itself (or the information must be stored so that it
can be recovered according to the instant in which it was produced).
Some pertain to the system itself and cannot be reset during the life of
the machine. Others, which pertain to parts liable to be replaced, must
