Choose the start date and end date.
Make sure that you choose a small enough period, so the problem can
be assessed appropriately. See

Once a report is generated, a compressed file with the name "HOST-
NAME_STARTDATE_to_ENDDATE.zip" is exported to your desktop. You can then
join this file to an e-mail, which makes it easier for us to understand the problem, if
there is one.

Crash handling
You can export a crash dump when a Player, Designer, or Server crash occurs.

In case of a Player crash, you can immediately export a report. The steps are almost the
same as the steps for generating a report, except that you do not need to enter details.
By default all commands, logs, and projects that occurred the same day are included.
