Lens brightness
About lens brightness
While changing the projection lens, or the zoom ratio of a single projection lens, the light output on the screen decreases. The table
below gives an overview of the brightness to be expected compared to the brightest lens in our gamma (= CLD 1.6–2.4 lens in WA
position). For other lenses or zoom ratios, the table below gives an idea of the percentage of light remaining. Scheimp

The evaluated values in the above table were obtained using on-axis position and are based on center lumens.
ANSI lumen and off-axis position values are upto 10% lower.
