6. Loosen the screw on the front of the miter bar, adjust the pointer to 0°, and then tighten the

screw.

Checking/Setting 45° Stops

Replace the 90° square with a 45° and then follow the same process to adjust the 45° stops that
you followed with the 0° stop. Move the miter gauge to the opposite miter slot to check and set
the opposite 45° stop position.
