On K175, you must tap the digits on the screen. On K155, use the physical keypad on
the device.

tab, select the required contact.

tab, select the required contact or telephone number.

After the connection is established, the second call becomes the active call. The first call
remains on hold until you toggle between the calls.

On K155, after answering a call, you can use the

buttons on the device to toggle
between your headset or speakerphone.
When you answer an incoming video call using your handset, the call is treated as an audio-only
call. You can escalate it to a video call later.
