Team Button
You can use the Team Button feature on Avaya Connect Expansion Module to monitor extensions
within a team. Using the Team Button feature, you can make a call to the monitored extension or
answer an incoming call to the extension.
Before you can use this feature, your administrator must configure the monitored extension
number and ring behavior in Avaya Aura
®
System Manager. The ring behavior determines
whether the extension rings when an incoming call arrives.
The indicator lights on Avaya Connect Expansion Module indicate the status of the monitored
extension as follows:
• When the monitored extension is idle, the green light is on and steady.
• When the monitored extension is off-hook or in an active call, the red light is on and steady.
• When the monitored extension has an incoming call, both lights blink. The extension also
rings if your administrator has configured ringing.
