The Avaya Vantage
™
device combines the advantages of a customizable unified communications
solution and a fully functional Android device. Avaya Vantage
™
supports all Android accessibility
services, including talk-back, magnification, and font or display size configuration. As of Release
3.0, the Avaya Vantage
™
device comes with built-in Unified Communications (UC) experience. You
can also install and use other applications with your Avaya Vantage
™
device.
According to your business needs, you can choose from the following Avaya Vantage
™
device
variants:
• Avaya Vantage
™
K175 with camera: Standard device with an 8-inch screen and an integrated
camera for full access to video calls and conferences.
• Avaya Vantage
™
K175 without camera: Standard device with an 8-inch screen that does not
include an integrated camera. You can still receive video from other users.
• Avaya Vantage
™
K155: Device with a small 5-inch screen. This device also includes a physical
keypad and an integrated camera.
Supported applications

Avaya Vantage

built-in UC experience
As of Release 3.0, the Avaya Vantage
™
device features Avaya Vantage
™
built-in UC telephony
experience. You do not need to configure a separate application, such as Avaya Workplace Client,
to access UC telephony functionality.
Avaya Spaces
Avaya Vantage
™
comes with Avaya Spaces, a cloud-based team collaboration and meeting
application. You can integrate the Avaya Vantage
™
built-in UC experience with Avaya Spaces for a
quick access to the Avaya Spaces application or to join a Spaces meeting from the
Calendar
tab.
Avaya Alexa
Avaya Vantage
™
comes with Avaya Alexa, a virtual assistant application with Alexa built-in
features. Avaya Alexa supports most of the Alexa profiles supported by Amazon Alexa devices,
such as calendar integration, Audible, Amazon books, and third-party skills. Avaya Alexa is
integrated with the Avaya Vantage
™
built-in UC experience to provide you a voice-activated
access to basic telephony features.
