Proactive Settings
1. Enter
the
From Date
: The date the Proactive Campaign is to commence.
2. Enter
the
To Date
: The date the Proactive is scheduled to terminate.
3. Enter Wait Time (Min):
Busy,
No Answer, Modem , Fax and Answering
Machine.
These Interaction Result codes set the thresholds for automatic
redialing for each outcome.
4. Enter
Max Tries:
Denotes the number of times the system will re-offer a
proactive record where the Busy, No Answer, Modem, Fax or Answering
Interaction Result has been accessed by the iContact user. Once the Max
Tries threshold has been reached, the call will be cancelled.
5. Click
Add.
Note:
The default status of Proactive queues is Stopped. After you have
created your Draft list and attached it to the queue in the Proactive List
Manager, you must change the status to Start.
