To wrap up a contact using the WrapUp Prompter script:

Click the HangUp button to complete the voice contact.
You automatically enter the WrapUp state, and the WrapUp Prompter script opens in the
Prompter tab of the Contact pane.

If necessary, click the Prompter tab to bring it to the foreground of the Contact pane.
Follow the script, selecting or entering the appropriate information. The following illustration
shows a Prompter script. Your script may not resemble this example.
