3. Perform a cold reboot by powering off the server through the Windows Shut Down

procedure.

4. Refer to the Troubleshooting Guide (NN44200-700) for other suggestions. If you

still cannot determine the cause of the startup failure, call your Avaya technical

support representative.

Performing a hardware shutdown

If you cannot shut the server down using Windows, press the power switch on the front panel
and hold it in for more than 1 second. The server saves all system data and then powers off.
