Synapse SB67020/SB67025 Deskset User’s Guide

Back to Contents

Call Screening

When an incoming call goes to voicemail, the Message icon (

) indicates that

recording is in progress. You can listen to the recording in progress and interrupt it at
any time by answering the call. If another incoming call occurs while screening a call, the
Deskset screen displays the new call.

To screen a call:



Press

to listen to a message that is being recorded. The

soft

key changes to

.



Press

to interrupt the recording and talk to the caller.



Press

to cancel call screening for this call and return to the previous

screen.



Press

to stop listening to the message being recorded.

This feature applies to Call Appearance mode only.
