Check if the wash pump operates properly; check its electrical connections (including the ribbon cable) and
that the impeller is OK.
Check if the pump condenser is damaged or malfunctioning.
Check if the solenoid valves are dirty or damaged.
Check if the electric connectors of the level probes are damaged or give false signals.
Check if connector CN14 is damaged or gives false signals.
Check if the jets are dirty and don’t allow water flowing.
E17: Anti-scale supply
This is displayed if the maximum time required for filling with anti-scale liquid is exceeded.
Check if there is liquid inside the anti-scale liquid canister. If there is no liquid then replace the empty
canister with a new one. If there is liquid then proceed as follows:
Check if the peristaltic pump sucks the anti-scale liquid through the suction probe located in the canister.
Start a wash program and made sure that the peristaltic pump motor operates (check if the pin rotates). If it
does not this means that the pump motor is broken. If the pump motor operates then check if the liquid is
taken from the canister through the suction probe and is introduced into the water storage tank through the
cartridge. Check if the pump cartridge tube is not cut or broken. Check if the suction probe tube does not let
air in. Check if the flowmeter is dirty or broken.
E18: Deterg. supply
This is displayed if the maximum time required for filling with detergent liquid is exceeded.
Check if there is liquid inside the detergent liquid canister. If there is no liquid then replace the empty
canister with a new one. If there is liquid then proceed as follows:
Check if the peristaltic pump sucks the detergent liquid through the suction probe located in the canister.
Start a wash program and check if the peristaltic pump motor operates properly (check if the pin rotates). If
it does not this means the pump motor is broken. If the pump motor operates properly then check if the
liquid is taken from the canister through the suction probe and is introduced into the water storage tank
through the cartridge. Check if the pump cartridge tube is not cut or broken. Check if the suction probe tube
does not let air in. Check if the flowmeter is dirty or broken.
E20: NO Disinfection
Disinfection has not been completed because the temperature necessary to perform disinfection was not
maintained for the necessary time period.
Note: The first wash cycle (when the machine has just been turned on or after a long period of inactivity)
may be longer than usual because the entire system needs to be heated and this may require more time than is
indicated. Try to eliminate the error message (pressing Reset) and repeat the wash cycle.
Check for steam leaks from the wash chamber, the steam generator or pipelines.
Check if heating coil connections are not rusted or disconnected.
Check if the heating coil is covered with scale and clean as necessary (see instructions in paragraph 6.1).
Replace the heating coil if it is damaged (see instructions in paragraph 6.1).
Check temperature probe PT100 (all the probes present on the machine) in the wash chamber (see
instructions in paragraph 6.6.1)
Check if the hose used to empty the pump (ETS) is out of its place (solenoid valve EV10).
If the problem persists then contact the AT-OS S.r.l. Service Department.
E21: SteamGen Timeout
The maximum preset time for filling the steam generator with water has been exceeded.
Check the steam generator solenoid valve (EV1 in the upper compartment): check if the coil's electrical
connections are OK and that it has been properly inserted in the shank.
Check if connector CN9 is properly connected to the motherboard.
Check if the solenoid valve is not dirty or broken (see instructions in paragraph 6.2.2).
Check if the level probe of the steam generator is not dirty.
Check if the one way valve departing from the steam generator is not blocked.
