E03: Plub.Syst.Probl
There are hydraulic problems (clogged solenoid valves and/or pipes or ruined pump) that prevent the water
from exiting from the storage tank. The level probe monitors the fact that no water was taken from the
storage tank during the wash phase.
Check if the storage tank level probe connectors are not detached or that there are no "false" contacts that
join connector/probe to a metal part of the machine (see instructions in paragraph 6.3.1).
Check if the solenoid valve coils are firmly inserted in their seats and that their electrical connections are not
damaged or detached.
Check if connectors CN9 and CN11 are properly connected to the motherboard.
One or more solenoid valves could be dirty or damaged. They must be cleaned or replaced (see instructions
in paragraph 6.2.2).
Check if the pump is correctly connected to the electrical supply, that it is not seized and that it works
properly. If this is not the case then repair or replace the pump (see instructions in paragraph 6.5.2).
Clean the rotary and fixed washing jets (see instructions in paragraphs 6.7.1 and 6.7.5) because dirt could
prevent water from coming out.
E04: Detergent Empty
The detergent drum is empty (insufficient detergent). This message appears after the reserve cycles have
been performed (those with the message that asks for detergent to be topped up) and prevents the machine
from operating.
Check if the aspiration nozzle works correctly (see instructions on paragraph 7, point U).
Replace the empty detergent drum with a full one (the machine will remain in its blocked state until this is
performed: see the instructions in paragraph 7 point U).
E05: Solvent Empty
The solvent drum is empty (insufficient solvent). This message appears after the reserve cycles have been
performed (those with the message that asks for solvent to be topped up) and prevents the machine from
operating.
Check if the aspiration nozzle works correctly (see instructions on paragraph 7, point U).
Replace the empty solvent drum with a full one (the machine will remain in its blocked state until this is
performed: see the instructions in paragraph 7 point U).
E10: Water not Filled
The required water level was not reached in the storage tank within the preset time period. This alarm warns
that water filling is slower than was programmed. This can be caused by a limited flow of water at the entry
to the machine, by low pressure in the external water mains or by impurities in the water that clog the
machine's filters or solenoid valves.
Check the cleanliness of the hot and cold water filling filter (see instructions in paragraph 6.9.1).
Check the electrical connection and the cleanliness of the water filling solenoid valves (see instructions in
paragraph 6.2.1).
Check the building's water mains pressure: if it is too low you must increase the timeout time for storage
tank filling (see instructions in paragraphs 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3).
Check if connector CN14 is properly inserted in the motherboard.
Check if the connectors to the storage tank level probes are not detached or that there are no "false" contacts
that join the connector/probe to a metal part of the machine (see instructions in paragraph 6.3.1).
Check for scale deposits in the water inlets and inside the tank and remove them.
E11: Low W.Lev.Off
Problems with the level probes in the water storage tank: the cable could be damaged or incorrectly
connected or the probe rods could be dirty. This alarm indicates that the high level probe detects the
presence of water in the tank while the low level probe does not detect the presence of water, causing a
logical operating error.
