6.7.2
Replacing the front rotary jet
To do this you must access the rear of the machine. Once the rotary part has been dismantled keep the elbow
on the rear firm and unscrew the fixed part of the rotary jet using a needle-nose pliers. Then proceed as
described when replacing the upper rotary jet.
6.7.3 Cleaning the small rotary jets
Unscrew the screw that fastens the head by turning it counter clockwise. Clean the parts with a jet of
compressed air. Plunge them in an anti-scale liquid if necessary. Check if the jet is free to rotate.
6.7.4 Replacing the small rotary jets
To do this you must access the rear of the appliance. After dismantling the rotary part hold the elbow on the
back firm and unscrew the fixed part of the rotary jet.
Replace the fixed part of the jet and the seal. The plastic seal must be threaded into the plastic thread on the
jet that juts out inside the basin. Tighten the parts without excessive force to avoid damage or strain on the
seal and the threads. Reinstall the rotary part.
6.7.5 Steam jet
Follow the instructions to cleaning and replacing the fixed washing jets. The steam jet is replaced by the
fixed washing jets and the small rotary jets near the PTC100 probe.
6.7.6 Fixed washing jets
To do this you must access the rear of the machine. Unscrew the jet using a CH22 wrench (rotating it
counter-clockwise). Be careful not to lose the internal (moving) component. Immerge the jet in an softener
liquid and then blow it out with compressed air to remove all impurities. Reinstall without tightening too
much. There is a seal in the rear section between basin and connectors that must be removed before pulling
the jet out from the basin and must be inserted in the thread on the jet before screwing it back onto the header
(after cleaning).
6.8 PERISTALTIC PUMPS
Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in its upper compartment, off. Also
turn the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off. Then remove the upper panel using the
wrench furnished with the appliance.
Detach the connections that join the peristaltic pump's plastic pipes to the pipe that comes from the drum and
the pipe that is connected to the tank (rotating and separating the fittings);
Simultaneously press the two side tangs and pull out the black cartridge;
Use a small straight screwdriver to pry on the two side stops, widening them until they open. Repeat this
procedure on the other tang and then open the two shells;
Extract the small pipe and, if necessary, massage its deformed zone until it becomes cylindrical again. If
necessary remove a connection fitting from one end of the pipe and insert a thin screwdriver into the pipe to
separate any parts which may have become "stuck together".
6.8.1 Volumetric meters (Flowmeters)
These are situated on the top right of the cover of the water storage tank.
To replace them cut off electrical power to the appliance using the switch located in its upper compartment
and turn off the main switch of the external power supply line. Then remove the upper panel using the
wrench provided with the machine.
Remove the meters, pulling them out towards the left. Disconnect electrical connections, paying attention to
polarity.
Pull out the transparent silicone tubes and change the part.
Connect the silicone tubes and the electrical contacts, paying attention to polarity.
Thread the meters into the upper part of the tank cover, inserting them towards the right.
