6.6 Main pump (Item 5)
The main pump is a very important component for the machine’s
function as it directly affects the cleaning result. If you suspect a
problem or a reduction in function for this component, replace it
immediately.
6.6.1 Checking the main pump (5.1)
Check the mounting for the pump so that it is secure.
Dosing with strong chemicals can damage the O-rings in the pump,
causing leakage. Careless handling of the pump during repairs can
damage the ceramic shaft seal, resulting in leakage.

6.7 Dosing system (Item 6)
The dosing system is a very important part of the process and the
following inspections help ensure proper functioning. Deviations
can result in impaired cleaning or failure to clean and limescale
deposits developing.
6.7.1 Checking hoses (6.1)
The transport hoses can harden and become brittle depending on
which chemicals are used.
Check and replace the hoses on a regular basis to avoid leakages
occurring.
