Note!
High-performance equipment is essential for reliable

temperature changes.
To check the components function and for any leakage, a process
is run. Remove the front and top of the machine. Pull out the front
and remove the top and then carry out the following checks:
•
&KHFNWKDWWKHVWUHDPVIURPWKHZDWHUYDOYHVÀRZFRUUHFWO\
and that the water ends up in the process tank. Clean the
valves if necessary.
• Check that the surface around the lead-in for the temperature
sensor is dry on the outside of the chamber. Replace the
lead-in if necessary.
• Check that there are no water drops leaking from the
chamber during the process. Replace the seals, if needed.
•

connections for leaking water. If there is a leak, tighten the

to the chamber and recheck for leakage during the process.
• Check the main pump so that it is not making any noises
during operation.
• Check that the main pump connections are tight and no water
is leaking from the pump house.
• Check that the hose connections at the back of the nozzles
are tight.
• Check that the cooling fan by the technical unit rotates and
blows air, and that there are no noises.
• In order to check for any leaking steam, wait until the rinse
cycle is over and the steam generator starts to work. Check
that no steam pushes out through the seam between
chamber and the door. Replace the seals, if needed.
• Check that there are no noises coming from the ventilator
during the drying process.
• Temperature
check
Check the temperature during the disinfection phase
and the length of the phase when the disinfection
temperature has been reached, against the temperature
curve supplied.
