WARNING
The ABS is equipped with two sensors:
one on front phonic wheel and the other
on rear phonic wheel.
Make always sure that phonic wheel (2)
is clean and check gap between phonic
w h e e l a n d s e n s o r ( 1 ) a t r e g u l a r
intervals. It should be constant all
around wheel circumference.
Whenever front wheel is disassembled
or re-assembled, check phonic wheel
(2) and sensor (1) gap again. It should
be 1 mm (+0.85/-0.6) at the front wheel
and 1 mm (+0.80/-0.3) at the back wheel.

WARNING
In motorcycles featuring ABS, safe ride
is dramatically endangered if non-
approved brake pads are installed as
they cause reduced braking action.
