5. Lower/raise the tractor's lower link until the machine is approxi-
mately horizontal. As an orientation aid, there is a chain beside
the draw rail.
6. Check and, if required, correct the tramline rhythm on the AMA-
TRON 3 display (see the AMATRON 3 operating manual).
7. Check and, if required, correct the tramline counter on the AMA-
TRON 3 display (see the AMATRON 3 operating manual).

After 100 m check and correct as necessary the:

Working intensity of the disc array
•
Planting depth of the seed .
•
Working intensity (depending on the equipment)

of the exact harrow,

of the drag tines
ο
of the seed pressure rollers.
Check on a change from light soil to heavy soil and vice versa
•
Planting depth of the seed.

Checking the seed planting depth
1. Sow approximately 100 m at working speed.
2. Uncover the seed at several points and check the placement
depth.
