subnet mask
- the method used for splitting IP networks into a series of subgroups,
or subnets. The mask is a binary pattern that is matched up with the IP address to
turn part of the host ID address field into a field for subnets.
System Speed Dialing
- this feature allows the user to access a list of commonly
called phone numbers entered into the system by the administrator. The user presses
the
SpeedDial
button on the phone, selects a number from the list, and then dials by
pressing the
Enter
button.

- voice over Internet Protocol (IP). The technology used to transmit voice
conversations over a data network using
the
Internet Protocol.
