Connecting the 1747-SDN Module to the DeviceNet Network
To connect your module to the DeviceNet network:
1.
Turn off the network power supply.
2.
Connect the DeviceNet drop line to the 10-pin linear plug.
Match the wire insulation colors to the colors shown on the label as
shown below:

Locate the DeviceNet Port connector on the front of the module,
and insert the 10-pin linear plug into the connector.
ATTENTION
!
Do not wire the 1747-SDN Scanner Module with the
network power supply on. Wiring the module with
the network power supply on may short your
network or disrupt communication.
