Signal Conditioning
Single-Ended Mode
Single-ended mode has two modes of operation with signal output through
the positive (+) port. The negative port (-) is reserved for differential mode.
Passive mode has an adjustable output level of up to 0.5Vp-p
This mode gives the greatest single-ended signal fidelity because there is a
balun in the path that suppresses the second order harmonic.
Active mode has an output level of up to 1.0Vp-p and +0.2Vp-p offset range
when the amplifier is activated
The active mode trades off signal fidelity for an increase in signal power.
There are two internal reconstruction filters, 250 MHz and 500 MHz, that
can be inserted in the signal path of either mode.
