5.2.1

Frequency Reference Source Output Accuracy

The 10 MHz reference signal is measured for frequency accuracy by measuring the frequency of CAL
OUT signal.

CAUTION

If the frequency reference of the R3132 series is set to EXT, perform 10 minutes warm-up opera-
tion after instrument preset.
