The chart properties menu panel is accessed by right clicking anywhere in the chart area. This panel allows
the user to customize both the appearance and configuration of the chart. The appearance of the chart can
be customized by changing properties such as the chart type, grid lines, color, and Y axis scaling. The con-
figuration of the chart can be customized by changing properties such as the polling frequency, history
size, and synchronization.
