The 6247G/6247C is calibrated by using the remote commands through GPIB, USB or RS-232.
Figure 8-2 to Figure 8-8 shows the calibration procedures. For more information on the remote commands,
refer to the calibration parameters described in Section 6.7.4, "Remote Command List"
