Weight Tray Plane:

Rest the weight tray plane on the machine and,
before securing it, pass the keyboard connecting
cables to the outside: the cables are fed in from the
bottom of the Weight Tray Plane and exit through
the top, where the keyboard will be positioned.

Fit the two side screws with metric pitch (1-Fig. iii-
4).

Fit the two black self-tapping screws on the front
(2-Fig. iii-4).
N.B.: If the Gauge Support Bracket is available, the
screws in question will have different lengths (25
and 32mm).
IMPORTANT! Only use the longer screws to se-
cure the Gauge Support Bracket.
-

Position the Bracket (3-Fig. iii-4) over the left

Weight Tray Plane fixing hole.
-

Insert the long screw (4-Fig. iii-4) and tighten it

normally on the cubicle.

Control panel:

Connect the multi-track cable to the connector be-

hind the panel.

Connect the earth cable to the front panel.

Apply the Control Panel, angled correctly, carefully
positioned at the centre of its seat on the Weight
Tray Plane.

Press on the sides to make the Velcro tape adhere
correctly.

Rapid Ring Nut Support Pin:

Position the rapid ring nut support pin in its seat on

the wheel guard tube (1-Fig. iii-5).

Fix the pin with the nut.

iv Test procedures.

Balance a wheel to less than 5 grams per plane.

Perform a User Calibration. See Chapter 6.3.1.

Technician)

Show and explain the Safety Booklet.

Show the operator how to switch the unit on and
off.

Show the operator how to perform an emergency
