5.4.4
Counter Functions
This section covers the use of counters, impor-
tant for analysing the history of unit processes.
The machine saves a large amount of data accumu-
lated from the functions previously performed. Even
after a short period of work, thanks to this function,
you can poll the machine and obtain data useful for
statistical purposes regarding work done in the work-
shop, or for machine maintenance.
You can call up the Control Counters function at any
time, without compromising any data set. As output
the displays again show what was present at the mo-
ment you accessed the function.
- Operation.
•
Press the F – FINE keys simultaneously. The dis-
play shows “SEL ECt”. Hold down until “BAL Sht”
appears, accompanied by an acoustic signal.

Press the + or – key to obtain “Cou nt” on the dis-
play.
•
Press the F key.
•
Press the + or – key to scroll through the counters,
until you reach the one you want.
See the list below for interpretation of the data sup-
plied by the counters available.

total counter for all spins
2
counter for spins with OK
3
counter for spins in minimization
4
counter for spins in service mode
5
counter for spins since last calibration
To exit the Control Counter mode, press the STOP
key twice. The displays again show the previous data
and the counterweight application LEDs highlight the
normal balancing mode (internal/external clip weights).
