stage switching 

The following illustration indicates the logic of a switchover stage for  
a Room Master in dependence on the control values and the parameterised 
threshold values and hysteresis. 

The diagram relates to a three speed fan without parameterised fan 
limitations. The fan limitations are only relevant after the fan speed  
has been determined and do not change the flow chart.
