WARNING
The tension arm unit pulls the hose package
backwards! Hence, in order to avoid acci-
dents, the robot must be positioned in a way
that the arm of the tension arm unit is
placed in its rear position.
The
tension arm
must rest on the
damper
before the disassembly of the upper arm
starts!

Perform the procedure for replacement and
the first steps of the procedure for repair of
the cable package.
This will give access to the slide sleeves.

damaged.
Pull the hose reinforcements off the protect-
ive hose.

If the protective hose is damaged, replace
it!
Refitting
The procedure below details how to refit the hose reinforcement.

Select the hose reinforcement.

Make sure the hose reinforcement rib
align with the slide sleeve on assembly.
Gently push the hose reinforcement on to
the protective hose.
