Simulation
The submenu Simulation contains a number of
menus with which it is possible to set individual or
even all measurement variables of the converter
to programmable values.

When the Simulation is turned on additional
menus are available in the submenu Simulation.
They enable you to determine for every variable
whether the variable should be measured or
simulated and what value should be assigned to
the variable. Therefore a selection can be made
from the following:

The measurement variable can be simulated.
A fixed value can be entered in the
appropriate menu

The simulated value entered can be
increased or decreased in steps using the
STEP- and DATA- keys if the process display
is shown.
Simulated values for the variables can be entered
which exceed the alarm limits to test the operation
of the alarms.
The settings in the simulation menu are not
stored. After a power interruption all simulation
menus are turned off.
