Destination Port No.
When "Specific" is selected for the destination port filter, you can enter a specific value.
The allowed value is from 0 through 65535.
Destination Port Range
When "Range" is selected for the destination port filter, you can enter a specific range.
The allowed range is from 0 through 65535.
MAC Parameters
SMAC Filter
The source MAC address for matching the ECE. Possible values are:
Any: No SMAC filter is specified. (SMAC filter status is "don't-care".)
Specific: If you want to filter a specific SMAC value with this ECE, choose this
value. A field for entering a specific value appears.
SMAC Value
When "Specific" is selected for the SMAC filter, you can enter a specific value. The
legal format is "xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx" or "xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx" or “xxxxxxxxxxxx" (x is a
hexadecimal digit).
DMAC Type
The destination MAC address type for matching the ECE. Possible values are:
Any: No DMAC type is specified. (DMAC filter status is "don't-care".)
Unicast: Frame must be unicast.
Multicast: Frame must be multicast.
Broadcast: Frame must be broadcast.
Action
Direction
The EVCs and ECEs are used to setup flows in one or both directions as determined
by the ECE Direction parameter. If the ECE is bidirectional, the ingress rules of the
NNI ports will be setup to match the traffic being forwarded to NNI ports. Possible
values are:
Both: Bidirectional.
UNI-to-NNI: Unidirectional from UNI to NNI.
NNI-to-UNI: Unidirectional from NNI to UNI.
EVC ID Filter
The EVC ID for the ECE. The ECE is only active when mapping to an existing EVC.
Possible values are:
Any: No EVC ID filter is specified. (EVC ID filter status is "don't-care".)
